Granite spine walls extend into the earth, steel-framed windows by MHB and Ottima pull in abundant natural light, and fractured black flagstone flooring flows effortlessly from the interior to heated outdoor terraces.
Inside, the home is rich with texture, warmth, and material authenticity. Reclaimed oak wraps the walls, ceilings, and floors adding timeless character. A custom plaster, tinted to echo local aspen bark, sets a serene tonal backdrop for a curated collection of contemporary art.
The main living room centers on a commanding granite wood burning fireplace, flanked by sliding walls of glass that open to the terraces. The kitchen is both sculptural and inviting, anchored by a 14-foot oak island and textured black stone, bespoke cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances.
